Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BusinessOS by E-console at https://www.econsole.in, including our website, Android app, and Windows desktop application (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
E-console provides BusinessOS, a cloud-based business management platform for billing, inventory, staff, expenses, and industry-specific workflows. Features vary by plan and business type. We may add, change, or remove features with reasonable notice where practicable.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account and within organizations you manage.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to register.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security or legal risk.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to store illegal content.
- Attempt to bypass security, access other tenants' data, or disrupt the Service.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service except as permitted by law.
- Upload malware or content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
You retain ownership of business data you enter. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to operate the Service for you.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans, pricing, and billing cycles are described on our pricing page. Fees are quoted in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Subscriptions renew according to your selected plan until cancelled. Refunds, if any, are handled per our billing policy and applicable law.
5. Native apps
Android and Windows clients connect to the same account as the web app. Offline features store data locally on your device and sync when connectivity returns. You are responsible for securing devices that hold business data. App updates may be required for continued access to some features.
6. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal and business data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7. Intellectual property
E-console and its licensors own the Service, software, branding, and documentation. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or source code except the limited right to use the Service as intended.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. You are responsible for verifying tax, legal, and accounting outputs for your business. BusinessOS is a tool to help manage operations; it is not a substitute for professional advice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, E-console shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or legal requirement. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Export your business data before closure where the product provides export tools.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to the Service, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply to you.
